Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £50 or more. Your delivery charge will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and dispatch
We send orders with Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch ready-to-ship items within 3–5 working days. Some technical tops are prepared to order and may take longer; where this applies, the dispatch time will be shown on the product page.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We'll email you when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the Royal Mail service used. This is an estimate, so please allow extra time during busy periods. If you need an order for a particular date, contact us before placing it.
Check your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email hello@youarekey.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll try to correct it before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you about arranging redelivery. An additional postage charge may apply.
If your order hasn't arrived
If the estimated delivery time has passed, check your dispatch email for any tracking or delivery information. You can also check with others at your address and in any agreed safe place.
If you still can't find your order, email hello@youarekey.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with Royal Mail and work with you to resolve it.
